LEADCLEAR PAINT

LeadClear is a premium performing translucent, matte finish, water-based, ultra low VOC nontoxic modified acrylic coating design to permanently abate lead based paint via encapsulation method as per ASTM E1795 requirements.

LeadClear is specifically formulated to adhere impeccably & abate existing coatings which contain lead based paint.

LeadClear goes on smooth “milky white“ and dries with a translucent, matte, see-through clear finish. LeadClear can also be utilized as an encapsulating primer which can be over coated with desired color(s) & finishes.

LeadClear has undergone and successfully completed all phases of testing and meets or exceeds the vigorous ASTM E 1795 “Standard Specification for Non-Reinforced Liquid Coating Encapsulation Products for Leaded Paint in Buildings” requirements.
